July Rune Power Totals

These were the totals for July. This was a very good month, due in part to the bonus to treasure chests.

With it being a bonus gold month, I'm disappointed to see so many 0 RP and those that are not even close to the 50k monthly allowance.

I'd like to see the ones with less then, say, 25k in July as well as this month, kicked to make way for more active players.

If they have low RP over multiple months, then holidays are not an excuse
